All domestic shipments will be sent via UPS. Your order will ship within 2-3 business days from the time it is processed. We DO NOT ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Once product has shipped, an email confirmation will be sent and your credit card will be charged for the total of your purchase.

All orders shipping to Canada will be sent via USPA and are subject to additional import fees, which will not be covered in our shipping rates.

We stand behind our products and want each and every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us within 45 days of your original purchase date for a return.
Please contact customer service to request a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping the merchandise back for an exchange/refund. Any items returned without this preauthorized number will NOT be accepted. Items are expected to be returned in the same condition and packaging as they arrived in along with your original order information. Shipping costs for exchanges/returns will be the customer’s responsibility and we do recommend choosing a shipping method that provides tracking information. Shipping is non-refundable.
Once we receive merchandise, please allow 30 business days to process your exchange/return.
If you requested a return, once approved and processed a refund will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the item. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your refund to show on your statement.
If you requested an exchange you will be directed back to the website to order your replacement item which will be processed and shipped for you immediately.
**NOTE** All sales are final on Clearance items. If you purchase a clearance item and it is the wrong size we cannot guarantee we will have anything to exchange.
Orders placed between November 1st and December 25th will get an extension past the 45 day return window. These orders are eligible to be returned until January 31st. This does not apply to clearance items or specialty orders.

Please contact us immediately if you received a product that is damaged or defective. Please DO NOT attempt to repair any damaged merchandise. Your warranty can be voided if you attempt to repair any damaged merchandise.
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on footwear purchased from our website. If you are unsatisfied with your product please send us an email with all of the information listed below. Please note that we are unable to perform repairs and can only replace for current styles if accepted. Items with excessive wear and tear, material breakdown from extended time and/or use or improper care will not be considered for a warranty. Once your email has been processed, we will contact you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send us your product.
All products should be shipped via insured parcel and consumer is responsible for return shipping charges and inbound shipping charges are nonrefundable. Proof of purchase receipt will help expedite this process. If your product is found to have a defective issue we will replace the product. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing time.
