Fits great I'm long armed and it stays low on the arm when riding

Just bought the black and orange hoodie style and the red and black regular color style.
1. I'm an average size guy, 5'10, 175ish, I normally would wear a men's large, went one down and got the medium size and it fits loosely enough to wear an additional liner under if I ever should want to, but not baggy enough to look like I'm wearing dad's clothes.
2. They don't tell you that the hoodie HOOD is removable 👍
3. The 'carry' pockets BOTH have good elastic 'bands' for your accessory of choice AND a magazine holder. 👍
I have at bought at least a dozen bike jackets in my riding years (leather, canvas, textile, mesh) and will say without hesitation, these are extremely well made and extremely well thought out. The absolutely positively only thing I would have added, is the pen pencil slot in one of the chest pockets to hang my glasses from. Other than that, 10 out of 10 Stars on their five-star scale.

Seems like a good jacket. Not too heavy, but seems like it will be ok in moderate heat and cold. Sizing is odd, seems as with most motorcycle jackets. Have to a few sizes up than normal wear. But not big issue.

Overall the jacket is great! The hood is detachable. I would say sizing is pretty correct. I ordered an XL, which is what I normally wear. I have just a little more room than expected but that's good so I can layer underneath in cooler weather. I thought I might be able to use a back protector I already have since it doesn't come with one, but the pocket on this jacket is pretty specific to the one that you can buy for it. It is a narrow rectangle. I would definitely buy again!

Love the look of this orange buffalo plaid armored flannel from Milwaukee Leather! It is one of their only models with a detachable hood and front hand warmer pockets. Another difference is a little different style of front chest snap pockets, and visible black stitching arounfd the shoulder and elbow armor pockets. Wish all the Milwaukee Leather armored flannels came with the hand warmer pockets. I was pleasantly suprised to see these pockets had a zippered closure too, which will come in handy when riding. As usual, I opted to purchase the padded back protector too. Sizing is right on - I'm 6'2' 220# and the 3XL fits me great with a little room to layer a sweatshirt underneath. I also have a 2XL that I like to wear if I am only wearing a t-shirt underneath because it is a little more form fitiing. The underarm zippered venting is phenominal when you need to cool it down a bit. No other brand riding flannels have this feature that I have seen. Love the extremely large CCW pocket on both sides. I usually use them for stashing my gloves when off the bike, and for carrying my stogies. Get you one...or one in each color haha!
