Boots are great. I normally wear a size 12 but had to get an 11 and the 11 fits perfect. The customer service is absolute trash though. No human responses all automated, phone gets you no where.

These Boots are totally awesome, if you are looking for real biker boots then these are for you, they run big so get one size less than you wear

These are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. They were a bit big at first even though I got a size smaller than I usually wear. I listened to the reviews on here though a went a bought a pair of de Scholls insoles and that is perfect. These boots are heavy leather and very well made the only thing I wish is that they were slip resistant. Other than that great comfortable boots

I received my Xelement 1440 engineer boots very fast so I was pleased with my experience with Milwaukee Motorcycle Clothing Co!. My initial thoughts of the boots when opening the box was that they look very cheaply made. They do run big in size. I initially ordered a 13W as that is my normal boot/shoe size. They were way too big. So I exchanged them very easily for a 12W and they fit perfect. For the money these are good boots but like I said they look cheap. If you�re in the market for engineer style motorcycle boots and dont have a lot of money to spend, I would say buy them. But if you want a good quality boot that looks as good as it feels these are not the boots for you.

I have bought these brand of boots years ago and always great quality and rugged long lasting. I bought a different brand and had problems with them.
Ill stick with the ex element from now on.
